1. What type of Information does Direct Tennis gather from you?

The Direct Tennis website and Android/IOS applications were designed to facilitate the process of racquet stringing services. We obtain information such as your first name, last name, and e-mail when you leave a message under our chat. We also obtain information directly submitted by the user, additionally to the one mentioned previously, such as your phone number, city, state and zip code when submitting our racquet stringing form.

2. How does the Company use and process the information it gathers?

Direct Tennis utilizes the information submitted by the users for the sole purpose of identifying and contacting the client. Once the information is submitted we have a member of our team analyze the information and begin working upon the client’s request. The information gathered serves us to process the client’s request and move forward with the stringing process based on the stringing method picked by the user. We utilize the client’s personal information – such as the name and phone number – to contact them about their request, and the address information to know where to pick-up the racquet or the racquet location as requested by the client.

3. How does the Company disclose or share your information and to whom does it get disclose to such information gathered by the Direct Tennis Platform?

Direct Tennis does not disclose or share information to anyone outside the Direct Tennis team. The information is stored and utilized as needed upon request by the client. Direct Tennis does not share any personal information, or other information submitted with anyone that is not part of this service. Nor is this information utilized for any ulterior purpose other than to fulfill a stringing request.

The Privacy Policy is tentative and may change with time. Clients and website/application users may revise this policy from time to time to become aware of any updated or new changes.
