1. Racquet exchanges are allowed for switching grip sizes or racquets of equal value. They must be unstrung and in new condition unless it is a factory-restrung racquet. Return labels will be provided to buyer by our team as soon as the exchange is approved. – Rule Applies to Official Main Vendor.

2. Shipping cost will only be applied ONCE when buying multiple items from the same seller in the same order.

3. Discount Codes need to be Applied prior to using the “Buy it Now” option or applied inside the Shopping Cart prior to order summary and paying.

 

4. Orders will ship out within 24-48 hours after the order is payed/submitted. UPS or USPS will be used to ship products/orders out.

7. Newly released products will be available on the launch date set by the manufacturers such as Babolat, Wilson, Yonex, Head, Dunlop, Solinco ect.
