Direct Tennis is a platform specializing in mobile racquet stringing services, by offering distinct stringing method options. We offer a pick-up and delivery service, as well as our newest and fastest service yet: On-spot stringing.

2. What do we refer to when using the word “Platform”?

As mentioned previously, Direct Tennis is a Platform built to facilitate the process of racquet stringing. When we utilize the word “Platform” we refer to the Direct Tennis website, as well as the Android/IOS application services available for our clients. In offering our different platform services, we hope that our clients are able to choose the method that works best for them. In any and all the methods offered, we guarantee our clients a quick and efficient experience (as explained in more detail on Section 8 of Terms and Conditions).

3. Modifications to prices and services offered

In Direct Tennis we take pride in offering affordable and stable prices to our clients. Though we offer consistent prices, there are external factors that could play a role in different areas. The prices of our products and services may change over time or as a result of factors in the marketplace. If the price of any of our services were to change in the future, it is not Direct Tennis’s responsibility to inform the client. Clients may check the website and application services for any changes to our products and services.

4. We do not service broken or damaged racquets.

Direct Tennis consists of a team of professional racquet technicians. Upon request, one of the members of our team will examine the racquet in its entirety to ensure that it possesses no damage. We do not service damaged or broken racquets, as we do not want to be responsible for any further damage. Our team will only take in and service racquets that appear to be in good conditions.

5. Disclaimer of warranties, and racquet insurance

As mentioned in section 4 of Terms and Conditions, we examine every racquet before proceeding with any of our requests. Once the racquet(s) has been examined, and no damage has been detected, we proceed to fulfill the client’s requested service. Every racquet taken in by the Direct Tennis team is ensured in the following areas: stringing malfunction, damage to any parts of the racquet, or in a lost/stolen racquet scenario. In other words, once we take in a racquet for service we take full responsibility and guarantee full insurance on it. Each of our stringing members is hold accountable for any damage or lost property, if any.

6. Products and Services

We constantly explore ways in which we can continue to expand our services and product market. As of today, we offer premium strings from top string brands in the market, which we utilize upon the fulfillment of the requested services we perform – the distinct service methods such as pick-up and delivery or on-spot stringing. Additional products we offer are dampeners, grips and over grips.

8. Turnaround Time depends on stringing method picked.

Our two most prominent services are the following: pick-up and delivery, and on-spot stringing. The turnaround time for the first stringing method is 24 hours upon pick up. For On-Spot, the turnaround time is of 20 minutes.
