We are a IOS platform that connects players to local stringers and verified retailers. Direct Tennis is US based and counts with a community of thousands of stringers worldwide. To place a racquet stringing order with one of our stringers, simply follow these easy steps:

 
(In order to enjoy all the benefits and functions our IOS App offers, make sure you create a "Stringer" or a "Player" account under the app due to "Guest" App version being limited in functions/view)
 
1. Open our Mobile App (Download on the App Store), go to our Home Screen
 
2. Click on the “Find a Stringer” button
 

3. Select which stringer you would like to request stringing services from. Once inside the stringer’s profile, select your desired string(s) from the stringer’s available choices along with stringing method(s) of choice by clicking the stringer’s “Services” button.

4. Input your information, such a name, email, phone number, tension, date, and racquet location. (Make sure you double check your information that will be forwarded to the stringer)

 

5. Check and review your “Order Summary” and your “Player Information”.

 

6. Pay for your order via PayPal pay portal – your selected stringer will contact you shortly after your order is payed and submitted. (Check your email for Order Details and Confirmation)
